Wanneroo Central shopping centre [digital picture]

Photographs, etc
The Wanneroo Central shopping centre was on the site where Tony Villanova and Ben Muni established a Four Square store around 1951. This store became a landmark in the Wanneroo township. It was extended in 1969 to become the shopping centre, which was then sold in 1976 . although Tony held on to the liquor store and supermarket. In 2008 the area was completely redeveloped. The first stage of the new Wanneroo Central shopping centre was due for completion in July, 2008 and the second stage at the end of 2009. There are plans for further expansion from it's proposed original size of 8,000m2 to 23,000m2.The Wanneroo Central shopping centre is located at Wanneroo Road between Dundebar and Sinagra Roads.
