The Call and Collect service is offered for customers who wish to limit their time in the library. Please note this service is subject to change based on demand and changing conditions.

How does it work?
Just give your local library a call using the numbers below and let us know what you would like to borrow.

Please have your library card ready when you call.

Pick Up
Your book bundle will be made available to pick up at your chosen library. Please note current opening hours. Members are required to observe current mask wearing and social distancing rules while picking up their books.

Drop Off
Returning your books is as simple as dropping them back at your local library or through the external returns chutes at Wanneroo and Clarkson Libraries. Standard 3 week loan period and renewal conditions apply. 

Safety
If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are showing any symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, please do not use this service or attend the library.
