Book
Set in Oxford during the 60s and 70s, against the backdrop of revolutionary social change, Endeavour chronicles the early criminal casebook of a young detective who would grow to be Colin Dexter's immortal Inspector Morse. Spring 1972 brings with it a new start for Morse, having taken time out to deal with the drink. His return to CID coincides with a gruesome discovery in a college garden.
