Knitters Group

Bring along your knitting projects and enjoy creating with others. Just pop in.

Rag Ruggers

Make sustainable rugs from left over fabrics in a social environment. Beginners welcome, teaching provided. All textile crafts welcome (e.g. knitting, crochet). Just drop by.

Author Your Bestseller

A writing and discussion group for writers of fiction and non-fiction writers. Participants choose the discussion topics. Registration preferred via Meetup.

Mindful Meditation

Take some time out for yourself and join a meditation practice each week at the library. Relax, unwind and refocus your mind.

Wisdom Women Group

A weekly group for mature aged women to meet and connect. Each week will be an exploration of various topics through discussion, short videos and guest speakers. Be inspired to embrace new opportunities, increase self-worth and embrace your wisdom years.

Craft Club for Young Adults

This group is for young adults (16yrs and over) to meet new people, socialise and craft together. All abilities welcome, tea and coffee is provided.

Come along to our community led group and learn the traditional way of playing the ever popular game of Mahjong. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player come along and test your skills against other players in a relaxed and social setting.

Mindful Living @ Wanneroo Library

Explore a mindful way of living and a joyful life through short meditations, self-empowering tools and resources that will assist you in staying grounded, calm, focused and present.

Colour Your Day Drawing Group @ Wanneroo Library

A relaxed and welcoming space for special needs teenagers to express themselves through art. Whether you want to colour, draw or just enjoy the creative atmosphere, there is no pressure to engage – just a chance to unwind and maybe make a friend along the way. Parents and support workers welcome.

Wanneroo: fortnightly Saturdays 10am -11am

Meditation and Self-care sessions @ Clarkson Library

Enjoy a gentle guided meditation followed by learning life-changing tools such as the benefits of grounding, healthy boundaries and how to release negative energy. Learn simple breathing techniques for relaxation to help counter stress, fear and worry.

This is a community led program by a qualified facilitator
